Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipments and deliveries do not occur on holidays. If we are experiencing a high number of orders or if there is a delay in shipping your items, we will reach out via email to inform you and let you know the estimated time of arrival for your delivery. We aim to keep all delays to a minimum and are deeply committed to your satisfaction!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimates are provided below:

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We will gladly ship to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses. Please share the address in full.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once you purchase an item, you will receive an email confirming your order. We provide tracking numbers upon request. Please email [email protected] right after placing your order if you need a tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Alziari Coaching LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Alziari Coaching LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email [email protected] directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will do our absolute best to either replace the item (if we have one in stock) or give you a partial refund.
International Shipping Policy
As we are a small business, at this time we only ship within the United States of America.
Please be advised that we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
